Roots announces admissions to the following courses in Hotel Management:

  1. Bachelor of Hotel Management & Catering Technology
  2. Bachelor of Catering Technology and Culinary Arts

Degrees Obtained:

  • BHM & CT  (Bachelor of Hotel Management & Catering Technology)
  • BCT & CA  (Bachelor of Catering Technology and Culinary Arts)

 

Pedagogy:

  • Students shall acquire specialized skills in Food Production Department.
  • Emphasis on effective communication skills.
  • Hands-on training and exposure to various departments in Hotel Management and Culinary skills.
  • Visits to the top hotels in and around Hyderabad, enabling the student to relate to the subject under practical environment.

In the 3 years, students pursue Bachelor of Hotel Management & Catering Technology (BHM & CT) and Bachelor of Catering Technology and Culinary Arts (BCT & CA) from Osmania University.
